Holliday ISD Campuses Earned 8 Distinction Designations Based on 2016 TEA Accountability

Holliday ISD and all three campuses earned the highest ranking on the 2016 TEA Accountability Ratings. The TEA also recognizes campuses and districts for academic achievement above and beyond expectations. Grandparents lunch is a big hit!

Holliday Elementary hosted grandparents lunch for kindergarten students and their grandparents on September 8th and 9th. We had a great turnout and we want to thank our staff (teachers, cafeteria staff, custodial staff and volunteers) for making it a great lunch for our grandparents and students. Most of all we want to thank all of our grandparents for being a partner with Holliday ISD in educating our children.Thank you!

Meet the Eagles 2016 was a great success!

Congratulations to the Holliday Athletic and Band Boosters on "Meet The Eagles Night" last night September the 5th. Everyone got to see all our JH and HS athletes, band members and cheerleaders together. A big thank you to all our Band Directors, Coaches and Sponsors for their support. Holliday ISD Graduates Perform Above State and National Average on the ACT

T he ACT is a college readiness test that indicates a students potential for college success. ACT research shows that students who meet the   ACT College Readiness Benchmarks  are more likely to persist in college and earn a degree than those who don’t. The benchmarks specify the minimum score students must earn on each of the four ACT subject tests to have about a 75 percent chance of earning a grade of C or higher . . .
