Today Governor Abbott issued an executive order closing all Texas schools until May 4th.
We still miss our students and all of us are going to have to work together to get through this. Our teachers are working hard on updating educational resources weekly and trying to keep students engaged in learning. We really need our parents help to insure that students are engaging in learning activities daily at the elementary level and that students in grades 6-12 are logging into their district email accounts to see assignments and check in with their teachers.
Starting next Monday we will modify student meal pick up and delivery. We will send two days worth of meals on Monday and 3 days worth of meals on Wednesday to reduce travel and contact. If anyone needs anything please contact the school, your campus principal or your teacher. We are here to help and we will get through this together.
