Human Resources
The Human Resources (HR) department provides various forms and documents to support employees and ensure compliance with district policies. These include Employee Handbooks, which outline district policies, expectations, and benefits, as well as Staff Policies, which cover workplace rules, conduct, and procedures. Additionally, HR manages Onboarding Forms, such as tax documents, direct deposit forms, and confidentiality agreements.
Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable (AP) department handles financial transactions and vendor payments using various essential forms. These include Purchase Orders (POs) to authorize the purchase of goods and services, Payment Request Forms for non-PO payments, Expense Reimbursement Forms for employees to claim work-related expenses, and Check Request Forms for manual check payments when necessary.
